Clients must ensure that all withdrawal details — including wallet address and selected network type (e.g., TRC-20, BEP-20, or others) — are entered correctly before submitting a withdrawal request.
If a client enters an invalid address (such as an email address or any non-compatible wallet format), the system will still approve the withdrawal automatically based on the information provided by the client.
In case of any loss of funds resulting from incorrect, invalid, or mismatched withdrawal information submitted by the client, the client shall bear full responsibility. The company will not be liable to recover, reissue, or compensate any amount sent to an incorrect or invalid wallet.
